A colorful and easy-to-assemble charcuterie board featuring creamy cheeses, fresh fruits, savory meats, and crunchy nuts, perfect for spring entertaining or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Goat cheese, soft and creamy
  • Sharp cheddar, sliced thin
  • Brie, at room temperature
  • Fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Green grapes, washed and separated
  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Mandarin orange segments, peeled
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto or salami
  • Assorted crackers (water crackers recommended)
  • Toasted almonds or walnuts
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Honey for drizzling (optional)
  • Olives or pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits by washing thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, slice the kiwi into thin rounds, peel and segment the mandarins, and separate the grapes into small clusters. Pat dry any excess moisture with paper towels.
  2. Slice the cheddar into thin, bite-sized pieces. Cut the brie into wedges at room temperature. Crumble or slice the goat cheese into small chunks or rounds.
  3. Fan out thin slices of prosciutto or salami in small piles or rolls.
  4. Arrange the cheeses spaced evenly on the board. Fill in gaps with fruit clusters, charcuterie, and crackers. Nestle small bowls of olives, nuts, and honey in open spaces. Scatter fresh mint leaves over the board.
  5. Drizzle honey sparingly over the goat cheese and some fruit. Adjust spacing and colors to ensure a vibrant, inviting look.

Notes

Use freshest fruits possible to avoid mushiness. Keep cheeses at room temperature before serving for best flavor. Avoid overcrowding the board to maintain an attractive presentation. Pre-slice fruits and store separately if prepping ahead. For gluten-free, use almond flour crackers. For dairy-free, use cashew-based cheeses or omit cheese.
