A quick and easy champagne punch recipe combining sparkling champagne, fresh citrus juices, ginger ale, and simple syrup for a refreshing and elegant celebration drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 750 ml (25 oz) Champagne or Sparkling Wine (brut or extra dry recommended)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Orange Juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) Ginger Ale
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh Fruit Slices (orange wheels, lemon slices, lime wedges) for garnish
  • Mint Leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill all your ingredients: Place champagne, ginger ale, and juices in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Juice your citrus: Squeeze fresh lemon and orange juice into a bowl or measuring cup, strain to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. Prepare simple syrup if not store-bought: Dissolve equal parts sugar and water over low heat until clear, then cool.
  4. Combine liquids in punch bowl or pitcher: Pour chilled orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ginger ale. Stir gently to mix without flattening bubbles.
  5. Add champagne last: Slowly pour chilled champagne into the punch bowl and give a final gentle stir.
  6. Garnish: Float fresh fruit slices and mint leaves on top before serving.

Notes

Always chill ingredients ahead to keep bubbles lively. Pour champagne last and stir gently to preserve fizz. Use fresh-squeezed juices for best flavor. Adjust simple syrup to taste. For non-alcoholic version, substitute champagne with sparkling white grape juice or sparkling water with grape concentrate.
