Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, folding edges to fit snugly. Brush or spray a little oil on wrappers for extra crispiness.
  3. Bake wonton cups for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
