A quick and easy flourless Nutella brownie recipe with just 5 ingredients, delivering rich, fudgy, and indulgent chocolate-hazelnut treats perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (320g) Nutella
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar until light, frothy, and slightly pale, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and ¼ teaspoon salt.
  4. Add 1 cup (320g) Nutella to the egg mixture. Fold gently with a rubber spatula until smooth and well combined, forming a thick, glossy batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly to the edges, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check at 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs but not wet batter.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan for at least 30 minutes to set the fudgy texture.
  8. Use the parchment overhang to lift the brownies out of the pan. Cut into squares with a sharp knife and serve.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for best texture. Do not overmix Nutella to keep batter airy. Check brownies at 20 minutes to avoid overbaking. Warm slightly if overbaked to restore gooey texture. Parchment paper lining is essential for easy removal.
